Clients retain ownership of content and data they submit to the Services.
AI generated outputs provided to clients may be used by clients within the scope of their account, but Frontline AI retains ownership of the underlying models and system designs.
8. AI Usage and Responsibility
AI outputs are provided “as-is” for informational and operational purposes.
Users are responsible for evaluating and verifying AI-generated content.
AI Services should not be relied upon for high stakes decisions without independent verification.
Certain uses may be restricted by us to comply with ethical or legal standards.
9. Liability Disclaimer and Limitation
The Services are provided “as-is” and “as-available.”
Frontline AI does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI outputs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frontline AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid by you for the Services in the preceding six months.
10. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by following the deletion process.
Frontline AI may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or for other operational reasons.
Upon termination, access to the Services will cease, and data will be deleted or anonymized according to our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Illinois.
Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, unless otherwise agreed.
